Helpful and know what they are doing and used in the past.

I ordered the product and followed guidance on making a booking for impressions on 16th April, on which date I could only get an appointment three weeks in advance. I received a notification some three weeks after having the impressions taken that the order was being processed and it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I received the product. I await the product (27/5/25). I am therefore not impressed with the time it clearly takes to process the order. I understand that this is a bespoke product. And I guess I could have shopped around for the impressions. But overall, given that I ordered the product in a situation of great need, I am left somewhat wanting at the current time.

Excellent product and service!

Earplugs are excellent and doing the job. However the illustrations which came with the earplugs was useless - the diagram looked like it had been drawn by a 5 year old and completely illegible. I had to return to Boots store to have instructions from their Audio dept to insert the plugs which I still find quite difficult. The illustrations did not make any sense even after I had to additional help from Boots. Would help if correctly shown with computerised diagram rather than pencil drawing. Customer service excellent actually read review and are looking into creating a computerised diagram. Also suggested I contact them if still a problem with fitting. Can’t ask better than that thanks

I so wanted these ear plugs to work well for me. I found them really hard to fit, and when I finally managed to do so found them hard & uncomfortable to sleep in. Removing them was a struggle & caused pain too. I’ve emailed for customer support but not had a reply.

They took just beyond the upper estimate for delivery but have been worth the wait. I can now block out the noise from my dreadful neighbour and have uninterrupted sleep.

The buds cause ear pain in the middle of the night if I sleep on my right or left side - ok if I stay on my back which isn’t my usual sleep position - so sadly they are useless!

I had custom earplugs made at a guitar show, the staff were so helpful and the process was really simple. They were also really kind to my son who was with me and gave home some freebies. A few weeks later my earplugs arrived exactly as I wanted, and I have been using them regularly since then. 10 months ago I started getting tinnitus in my ear and was worried if I would be able to carry on playing in a large and loud band. I needed to take care of ears with something better than standard ‘one size fits all’ ear protection. These bring my band volume on stage down to a much more pleasant volume and no loss of top end or muffled sound, just less of it. There is a bit of a trick to getting them seated properly but after a couple of attempts I had it sorted. A superb product and no surprise why they are used my so many professionals and amateur musicians.
