Every Christmas I purchase items from 5. 11 to give our kids as gifts. I started out as stocking stuffers, but now it’s one thing they look forward to receiving. Any ways this year one item didn’t get shipped it wasn’t a big item and I wouldn’t make a big deal about it. We all love the quality of 5. 11 gear and apparently.
Again, when I received my new camo wallet the clear cover for the ID sleeve was scratched.
Everything was smooth and professional.

If I could give a negative star I would. I will never shop or put with this company again. It was a disaster from start to finish. First I was shopping online while there was a sale. After selecting my interns and trying to check out the website just spun and would never let me finish the checkout process. This went on the entire night after multiple attempts. I finally gave up and revisited the next day and to my surprise the sale was over and. No issues with proceeding to pay. I purchased anyway as this was a Christmas gift. Purchase made 12/4. Received and email the very next day that due to high demands they were working g to fulfill orders. By the 15th the status still showed processing so I emailed to inquire as we were getting closer to Christmas. I was informed that the item shipped on 12/8 and that the tracking just wasn’t properly input and they would get back to me. The status immediately changed to shipped but the tracking wasn’t a company you could track with. Waited a few days but no response with tracking so I emailed again on 12/18. I was told that they were requesting to have item shipped again. That it was a manual request and if I needed tracking I would have to email. I expressed my concerns about this arrive in time to no response. Followed up on 12/22 for tracking and was told it was awaiting carrier pickup and was shipping 2 day status. I expressed again my concern of time arriving in time if it had not already been picked up. By 4:20 that same day the it’s was delivered. CSR emailed me with POD and although was grateful item had arrived the whole process’s was disappointing and no where in my communication did the CSR ever apologize for the inconvenience, offer any sort of discount solution. NOTHING… just provide information and when I express my gratitude for her help but my disappointment never respond. This is tacky business.
Ordering was simple and seems like you were well stocked. The only problem I had was I could not use a charge card and had to use pay pal. Otherwise, everything was great.

I was frankly surprised at how fast I received this. And the sale was great.
This was a Christmas present requested by my son. His second pair, only boots he wears.
