Don’t ever buy anything online from this company. After days and days, they then cancel your order and say they no longer have the items. This has happened the last two times I ordered from them. What terrible customer experience. I would give zero stars if possible.

I have been wearing 5. 11 tactical T-shirts for approximately 20 years now. I have always liked them because they are extra long and they stay tucked in. Recently my wife bought me more T-shirts. These T-shirts are so short they barely make it to my belt line. I’m not sure if 5. 11 is not making their shirts long anymore or what’s going on, but I was not happy with the T-shirts. Considering how expensive they are you would think they would remain consistent. I could get the same quality T-shirts as the ones I’ve purchased last time at Walmart.

Ordered on the 1/4/26. Shipping department says it will be delivered on the 14th. that's 10 days! Totally unacceptable in our day and times, It took six days to update shipping status.
