Charged it, got a electrician to wire it directly to battery as thats the way it works in my car doesn't charge but has no issues with error 4 soon as its a hot day so what the hell is the point having a fridge running this and maybe a beacons if I cant use it due to the error, waste of time for work and away work now it just sits there collecting dust.

Only worked when plugged in. As I don't have a printer I will have to drive about 45minutes to get the return label printed just to return the item, it'll cost more in fuel than the item itself. . . I guess that's what they're hoping for.

Pickup was convenient in theory, but a bit chaotic in practice I received a message saying my item was ready for collection, but when I arrived it wasn’t actually prepared. Staff were running around trying to locate it, which made the process slower than expected. The dedicated pickup area in the car park is a great idea, but the space is quite tight. It’s hard to find a spot or avoid blocking others while you wait. To be fair, this was during the Christmas peak period, so the congestion may have been worse than usual. Overall, the setup has potential, but the experience felt a little disorganised on the day.

Staff are lovely and pleasant to deal with. Super efficient and professional.

No happy with the outdoor fridge freezer, no designed to be used outdoors for camping while the temperature is near 40 degrees. I returned the item to Kings and they are testing the 90 litre freezer in the warehouse before they refund my money, sorry but not suitable for the Australian climate.
