Customer care non existent, they make it impossible to make a warranty claim

Normally a big kings advocate but this was terrible. Would randomly decide to draw 8amps for no reason and kill my battery, tried to take it back under warranty they had it for a day before saying there was nothing wrong with it. Better off spending the extra money on a better brand

I bought the Kings 36ah battery pack 12 months ago , only used 4 times and regularly charged every 3 months as suggested . The unit will not accept any charge ,charge lights are not working and no power is coming out of the USB ports. Power is ok from the cigarette lighter ports and the Anderson plug . Went through the warranty section on - line , what a night mare , uploaded photos and video ,but page still appeared in the red .

Save your money. This Tent is absolute rubbish. The poles are like paddle pop sticks broke as soon as we got it out of the bag. Will be returning for a full refund.

I have taken the 9 panel solar blanket back to supa center kings geraldton and asked them what they are going to do about the peeling of the top coating of solar panels. We put it out in the sun on the car bonet or dirt in the mid west harsh sun as the product is to collect sun light with and whipped dirt off with a damp microfiber cloth. Supa center kings has so far declined any responsibility for the faulty product and the matter is being taken to consumer affairs. I use this item everyday and for two months we have had it. Just because no one else has had this issue yet they won’t honor a faulty product. I hope no one else has the same issue but if you do please take it back and take on the fight like I am. It’s not right it’s under warranty for a reason.

Whole device relies on the rubber stopper on the side. Slightest knock while out doing anything, even getting out of pocket or a holder etc and easily come out. Ours did, water gets in and unit ruined. Not worthy the risk. There other camera that you can get a water proof case for better and cheaper

The box seems good. Today I purchased 2 on special for $69 each. I thought I would get another just in case and was told I had to pay full retail $124 for the extra box ?? Really ?? So I didn't.

I purchased the pink sleeping bag for my 10yr as she is too tall for a children’s bag. We opened the box together and quickly realised that she just couldn’t carry it as it is a bulky item. I realised it was not suitable and tried to return it as it was still in the plastic. When I tried I was informed that as I had changed my mind I could not. This was not the case as I loved the product it just wasn’t suitable for my daughter. No luck, I now have a store credit that doesn’t help her and I can’t afford to buy another sleeping bag. Sadly the Yr 5 camp won’t be as good due to this inflexible returns policy.

Service was great from Burleigh store. After sales experience was worst than disappointing. 200 wat solar panel I bought was completely dead? no input to my power pack at all. My solar blanket runs it perfectly. Returned to store and was told it would have to be tested before exchange could be made, I said that's ok but then was told it couldn't be done until next week as the person doing the test was serving customers. There were 4 customers, a couple and 2 other customers. Not exactly busy. Mentioned that I was going on camping holiday Monday morning that didn't make any difference. I listened to a well rehearsed apology ?. Before returning panel to store I spoke with "tech support" who said solar panel wouldn't take long to test once in store. To make a bad experience worse, person behind the counter told me they were short staffed and were trying to look after customers. Did that salesperson mean that once I've paid my money I'm not considered a customer. Kings offer great deals but as usual back up service is very disappointing. But what do they care, they sell so much stock.

We have now had 2 of these. Lasted around 4-5 uses each than vacuum stopped working. Absolutely terrible product do not recommend

Lots of great things to use for any adventure

The duffle bag is not waterproof or even water resistant, my clothes would have been more dry if I left them in the rain. Good size for inside only definitely useless for camping

The barbecue cannot control temp even on lowest setting even with lid lifted up 50mm on lowest setting temp is over 220celcius
