A little disappointed actually. I’ve purchased everything I’ve needed for my camping adventures over time as I could afford it. I’ve always been satisfied with the line of products however the solar panel I purchased recently was the wrong dimensions so I had to return it. I work fifo and unfortunately I was a few days over the 30 days return policy. Considering the purchase was made over the busiest times of the year I was surprised when this was an issue. I explained I hadn’t opened the box and a discussion was had between staff members at the counter. Then a long phone call was made. I waited patiently. Everyone was helpful and I have no issue with the staff at the store. I was told I would get an email to confirm a store credit for the value of the panel. I said that would be fine as I needed to go. It’s been a week now and I have not received any email. I’m reluctant to call the store and explain the situation to another store member to then be told they will call me back. That leaves me waiting on a call and an email. I’m away working at the moment so I would like this matter resolved without any more of my time being taken up chasing. If this can be resolved from here then I will be appreciative. Thank you.

Great crew that sorts the problems
Terrible store, terrible service and a customer service team that does not care about customers or creating a positive experience. I had paid $32 for delivery and handling, the couriers please driver made a false attempt at delivering. I basically paid $32 to then need to go and collect my purchase from a local collection point - only after I logged a complaint is when the driver made a REAL delivery attempt. 4WD supa-store made no effort to offer a resolution or turn a negative experience into a positive experience. I asked for a partial refund ($16) of the delivery fee for the inconvenience. 4WD refused. I went to PayPal for assistance, and they provided me a full ($32) refund as the seller was unable to provide satisfactory evidence about the delivery 'attempt'.

Very kind and helpful staff
My local store at Coffs Harbour was out of stock but Port Macquarie had plenty. I asked Coffs if I could pay at Coffs and simply pick up at Port. The girl said no and I had to go online and order it through Port Macquarie. Which I did, My fridge was waiting for me with smiling faces at Port, they did say that I should have been able to pay at Coffs. Some staff aren't fully trained I guess.
