The Organic Espresso is delicious! I'll definitely be ordering it again.

We use the subscription process. Your system works flawlessly. We can adjust delivery if our consumption change. The beans are roasted, bagged and sent on the same day. We get them next day. The customer service is outstanding.

My Wife and I have been subscribing to 49th Parallel for 5+ years. It is our only monthly subscription/indulgence, but it is totally worth it. Old School Espresso is an incredible flagship espresso!

Please stop shipping with Canada Post. Takes way too long to get to Ontario. When Canada Post was on strike and you used FedEx, my beans arrived super quickly. If I am going to pay for shipping would at least be nice to receive the beans quickly.

Hello, Thank you so very much for shipping my 7 bags of the Rwanda espresso so promptly. I had sent an email to 49th parallel as I was worried they would not arrive in time for me to give to my friends when I was seeing them following week. They had been shipped the day prior to me sending the email, and I was so impressed they were roasted the same day as shipment! Even if there are tariffs, I will continue to order from 49th Parallel. Excellent beans and the best customer service. Montreal is one of my favorite cities in the world and where I first experienced 49th Parallel and hope to visit again soon.

I don't know who all those people with 5 start reviews. I placed my order on Apr 10th and still haven't received even a tracking number. I sent 3 emails to all kind of customer support email I was able to find and got zero response.
