We love this place, but we got the crem brule donut and we couldn’t eat it. Sugar layer on the top was way too thick, more akin to a thick toffee. It got stuck all over our teeth and roof of our mouth. Made it impossible to eat, and honestly a chocking hazard. Just wanted to pass this on because the concept is good but needs to some work.

Shipping service excellent but expensive. I will have to the pickup option which forces me to buy 2 bags for 1 person @ 2 cups a day. But the roast date is very recent if I buy for delivery rather than buying from the store.

Espresso is awesome but shipping is so bad, I’m not going to return and it’s why I canceled my subscription originally. I even asked about the turn around times for delivery and base my order in it. Seems like it’s just whenever you fell like shipping it out.
