The roast is good but the online order process was terrible. Paid, order received notice, a week later I tried to find a phone number for online orders but nothing was to be found, inquired online 2x about the status without a response, 3rd inquiry (email) got a response saying the order was received and thanks for the patience. I asked again about when the order was going to ship in order to get a response, no response but the order shipped a couple days later. Received a response after the beans arrived advising the beans had shipped. My recommendation: don’t order online.

We use the subscription process. Your system works flawlessly. We can adjust delivery if our consumption change. The beans are roasted, bagged and sent on the same day. We get them next day. The customer service is outstanding.

My Wife and I have been subscribing to 49th Parallel for 5+ years. It is our only monthly subscription/indulgence, but it is totally worth it. Old School Espresso is an incredible flagship espresso!
