Installation was professional and on time. System is easy to use and all the questions I had were answered promptly and courteously. Only negative I have, is I’m having a hard time getting the paint off the sidewalk. I was told it was water soluble, it isn’t.

They finished the project ahead of schedule right on the budget! The personnel were all very professional and the work was first class. . . . I have already recommended them to numerous friends!! The ROI on these projects is a "no-brainer" … if the there is a reasonable fit for the property. .

Solar panel are of good quality; support staff is helpful and prompt. So far so good. Though app interface can be better.

We have 2 solar systems on our roof and Precis came thru to make it work. Our 1st system was presented to us 9 years ago, but it we couldn't believe what our SCE bills were. We brought in SunPower/Precis to give us an evaluation of our current status and it showed that we didn't have enough panels for were we are. We live in Corona and there is plenty of sun here. They showed us what we were lacking and now with the 2nd system we are doing very well. After we finish our lease with SunRun we will get rid of the 1st system and have SunPower/Precis install the remainder. We are so happy tho have found SunPower/Precis!!!!!

The equipment is great and the installation went smoothly. My only issue was the installer placed the incorrect circuit breaker in the circuit board and did not place a note stating they would replace it with the correct breaker.

From the Sales person (Gary) to the service people at Precis, Very satisfactory work and Solar is performing well as expected. I would have given 5 star but the Sun Power monitor was an issue. I already had some older Sun Power panels and there was some confusion and delay on enabling the monitor. Problem was finally solved when the service tech from Precis discovered a missing feed back and corrected. Then Sun Power was able to enable monitor and include usage. I recommend this company to all my friends and believe in making our future better for our children and grandchildren. Not to mention save lots of money and still able to be cool in the hot Riverside summer. Just remember, Solar is a supplement and not a free power to get off the grid and waste. If you plan to get Solar, get your energy efficiency boosted too. You will save a lot on up front cost by getting only what you need. If you plan on getting an electric car in the future, keep that in mind too.

From the start to after installation service was great. Bruno, the sales rep, didn't pressure a sale. We were always in the loop on the permitting status. The installation team was on time and professional and went beyond required. Highly recommend SunPower by Precis.

The system installation was great except for a little miswire problem. The performance has been flawless. The app is minor league. Runs hours behind shows odd bar graphs. Usually corrects itself over night.

Other than the problem getting it hooked up to Edison, everything went fine

Installation crew on time & clean . Attention to detail was a plus ! There was a delay in starting the install process due to city application but after install we were able to go solar Live after a week😊
