I have heard a lot of good things about going solar, and the salesman Patricio Rodriguez sold me on it after explaining the ins and outs of going solar and how many panels I needed based on my electric consumption every month. Whenever I have a question Patricio was always there to answer. Great sales person. The installation team was great. They were clean and they had nice personalities. I'm glad I chose SunPower for my solar panels!

I had 6 quotes in the Riverside Co. area and I can honestly say I was impressed with the level of committed service Patricio Rodriguez provided me. From explaining each step of the process clearly and simply to continuous follow-ups to ensure the job was being completed to my satisfaction, it goes to show these guys do put in the time to earn your continued business and stand by what they say/offer. The presentation was easy, clean, and well organized. I do recommend you take the time to read all your documents no matter who you go with to ensure you know what you're getting into, but the information provided was straight-forward and I personally didn't have any issues with the agreement/contract. Installation crew did a fantastic job talking and walking me through what they were going to do before working. Even the guys who came inside to do interior conduit work in the attic were cautious to navigate through my cluttered house as to not disturb anything. Overall, the customer service and installation was great. Installation took a couple days. I honestly waited longer for the city to issue my permit and am still waiting on SoCal Edison to grant me a Permission to Operate (PTO). Any who, I would definitely recommend Patricio to answer your questions and make this large purchase easy. Fantastic work fellas!

I chose Sunpower by Precis after considering other companies. I was pleased with the professionalism and patience of agent Patricio Rodriquez in putting everything together. This company looked after everything, including obtaining city permit and providing what we needed to get expedited HOA approval. Any roof tiles broken in the install were replaced at no additional cost. A number of my neighbors have complimented me on how good the panels look, and wanted information about the company. We are now enjoying KWH production well beyond the daily consumption figures reported by the electric company.
