I bought this tap as a replacement for our old basin tap and what an improvement! The chrome finish is lovely and the whole thing just feels elegant and refined to use. Highly recommended

We had quite a few questions regarding our order with St Johns, we felt listened to and directed to all the right places to find the information we needed. The quality is second to none and we loved the option that we could have pre drilled holes for our taps a lovely service. Communication was excellent and I would use again for sure. Only down size was that the delivery dates were incorrect on the website and showing long waits, lucky I called as it was actually in stock. They even held back the delivery for us as we were not ready to receive. Thankyou so much!

I placed an order recently for two toilets from 34 St John. I also had a query about the toilets. They answered my query very quickly, and delivered the two items almost as fast. They were very well wrapped and the person who delivered them was very helpful.

I ordered a bathroom cabinet and vanity unit. Was very apprehensive about buying these products online without seeing them. However they are such excellent quality and the price is also reasonable for products of this quality. I bought a couple of months before I needed them and they held onto them and delivered when I was ready to install them. Customer service is excellent, I had a query and they answered within minutes. I am so pleased with my purchase and this company.

We ordered a stunning vanity (1000mm Tasca oak vanity) plus 3 stone shower trays after weeks of research across multiple suppliers. The quality, spec and design of 34 St John really stood out. Delivery was incredibly quick - a couple of days if that. Unfortunately, a couple of the shower trays had some issues (bowing, then cracked) which seemed to be due to the way they were transported by the delivery firm rather than a fundamental quality issue. 34 St John worked with us, persevering to make sure we got perfect condition trays in the end - something that for us really showed the difference between a good firm and a great firm. We’re really thrilled with trays and the vanity, and will be ordering more soon. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my Tasca basin and Vanity Unit. Both Customer Service and the Delivery Driver were very pleasant to deal with. I have now ordered a Primo Dolce Compact Close Coupled Toilet for delivery at the end of the month

Vanity unit and mirror are very good products and look great in our bathroom. Would recommend the products. Delivery service was disappointing though, it was a one man kerbside delivery and frankly at the price point paid I expect two man room of choice delivery. Fortunately I was there and able to work with the driver carry them inside together.

The service and communication were excellent. I thought I might have to exchange one of the vanities I bought for a smaller one, (I didn't in the end), but their attitude couldn't have been more helpful regarding returns. 100% would recommend.

Great products and good quality, though there was a bit of a mess up with my vanity unit, due to change in colour after original order. I ended up with right product at the end finally and would recommend.

Fast delivery, well packed and as described

Sent a sink waste made of the wrong material and unfortunately we didn't have enough time to replace before the bathroom needed to be fitted. Seems their 'brushed steel' fittings can be replaced by brushed nickel at the discretion of the manufacturer. This is inappropriate - they should be sending the specified material. Otherwise no issues.
