Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Good communication & very helpful staff. Thank you.

The shipping team sort out a small delivery issue very quickly with great communication.

The GSI Nubes Wall Hung basin has a great design and worth the money. Sadly during shipping the first basin was damaged, the staff at 34 St John were fantastic and sent another one right away. I would recommend the basin and the company.

Great service all round was easy to order lots of details on the website and delivered with no issue.

Excellent communication and delivery time frame

We had a slight issue with the delivery of our mirror, but we managed to sort this and have been very pleased with the new mirror!

Excellent customer service throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. They were very reliable, kept their promises, and delivered exactly as expected. This is exactly how great customer service should look — professional, responsive, and highly effective. Very impressed overall.

Great advice

Good

Excellent product and fast delivery. The product is of the highest of quality material with an unbelievable feeling under foot. We will be using you again to replace our en-suite later in 2026. Thank you.

This basin is absolutely stunning! the photos and even the sample I received really don’t do it justice. I’m so pleased with it already, even though it hasn’t been installed yet. The finish is beautifully smooth, and despite being lightweight, it still feels very high quality.

Quick delivery and good communication
