I purchased the 42” hammered copper somber fire pit — primarily because it is gorgeous and has dual internal propane tanks. It arrived by FedEx on a shipping pallet and was exceptionally well boxed and wrapped to prevent damage. After unwrapping everything I was exceptionally pleased to find that every piece/part of this fire pit has been engineered to the highest standards. The base is strong and sturdy, and is easily adjusted for uneven surfaces. Assembling the fire pit was very easy (the directions are very clear). The hammered copper top is simply gorgeous. Hooking up the propane took seconds, and the fire pit turns on easily. While this fire pit is expensive, it is worth every cent I paid and more. I called All Backyard Fun afterwards to order the glass wind guard, and the customer service was fabulous. Also, I was impressed at how I was kept informed from date of order through date of delivery as to the status of my order. This is a fabulous company, a fabulous product, and I had a fabulous customer experience! Thank you to everyone for a job exceptionally well done!!
