Our Adirondack chairs arrived perfectly. . . great color, easy to put together, and great quality!

I purchased the 48”hammered copper fire table. It is so beautiful, and the quality is great. I had a professional plumber connect it to the natural gas line. We will get years of use from it.

This company was great! I left a phone message to see if this replacement piece might fit my sofa from a company that has gone out of business. Didn't really expect a response, so I ordered it anyway. To my surprise, they called back, said they'd check and if it wouldn't work, they could cancel my order. They then checked with the right people to say it might fit. I got notifications all along the way about shipping and delivery. And yes, it fits perfectly and has my sofa looking AND feeling like new again! Thanks for your personal attention! I definitely recommend this company!

Set was as expected with one small defect which is being addressed. The shipping took a very long time, the the product is very good.

Came on time

it took six weeks to get this product, which was not clear at the time of purchase. Received the product last week but its not the right product for my chairs which were specifically referenced in my search for these replacement parts. So, i'm not sure what went wrong but they are too small and will need to be returned.

the finish around the bottom edge of the fire pit could have been finished a little better. I would suggest adding an ignitor and possible adding a slide in tray for tanks. the look is really good and it truly heats up a large screened in patio.

Do we need to use a match to light the flame or am I missing something ?

We had a great experience! We ordered our fire table on April 30, on May 6th I called customer service just to follow up on the order and find out the anticipated delivery date. CS Rep stated I should plan on 2-3 weeks, I said we were hoping to have it by Mothers Day but we understand. May 7th I received notification from the shipping company that it was on its way. Arrived complete with no damage by 1pm on May 7th. Wow, I think the CS Rep must have expedited the shipment…. . Thank You

If I could rate this fewer stars than one, I would. The granite top cracked completely on one side within the first couple weeks of use. This is one of the most expensive fire tables on the market and the granite top cracked completely for no apparent reason while we were all sitting around the lit table. Sounded like a gunshot!!! Would never buy this again.
