We love Jing tea but didn’t get before leaving UK due to delays in getting order shipped on time even with paying for overnight delivery. Couldn’t reroute to USA and items out of stock when we tried to reorder.

Exactly what I need to start the day .

Great selection of tea. Love the Jasmine silver needle. When I placed my order, there was an automatic free gift which couldn’t be removed and I could not use the code for 5% off (in exchange for my points). This was annoying and even customer service could not remove the free gift. However, they did provide me with a code for 10% off my next order. So I can’t fault their service. Delivery was quick.

I tried to return two one-cup tea pots in exchange for buying the bigger two-cup tea pots. No-one responded to my emails nor my calls. In the end, I have just kept the tea pots that I did not want which is terrible customer service

Recently purchased the jasmine silver needle tea which I have been ordering from Jing for about three years now. One of the best out there. And Jing offer great customer service. Had a minor issue with my last delivery which was promptly resolved by the team. So my tea has now arrived and I’m enjoying it every day. Thank you Jing team!

Ready good tasting jasmine green tea. im usually disappointed but not this time. . fresh and delicious, one pearl makes at least 2 cups. im really pleased t I have found this company.
