Love the teas. Extremely high quality. I just wish they didn't come in plastic packaging. Please use compostable packaging and or paper/cardboard.

The quality of the product is good but for such an expensive purchase I would expect the company to use a better delivery service than the cheapest Royal Mail option. My items took over a week to arrive. While I appreciate Jing have little control once the item leaves their premises, they do have control over who they use.
