This expensive but it is a delicious jasmine tea, fragrant and refreshing but also robust (which is how I like my tea) without being bitter.
Shipping and service were very efficient. Really like the packaging too.

Very disappointing administration around this good product. It took three emails with customer service and over theee weeks to get this next day product. Very disappointing considering the apologetic and ‘keen to help’ from customer services. The admin support must improve.

My tea arrived a few days before Christmas just after ordering it, so that was great and I must admit JING breakfast tea is the best tea I have ever had…Lovely !!!

Super helpful when through no fault of anyone at Jing Tea the parcel was returned undelivered. The teapot has now arrived and my daughter loves it.
