Great tea and great customer service
Recently purchased the jasmine silver needle tea which I have been ordering from Jing for about three years now. One of the best out there. And Jing offer great customer service. Had a minor issue with my last delivery which was promptly resolved by the team. So my tea has now arrived and I’m enjoying it every day. Thank you Jing team!

Surprisingly good taste
Ready good tasting jasmine green tea. im usually disappointed but not this time. . fresh and delicious, one pearl makes at least 2 cups. im really pleased t I have found this company.

Packaging and phone
The box of green tea bags arrived worse for wear. Then individual packets of tea bags seem to have been packet upside-down and back to front. This meant before I placed them with my other teas I had to go through them all and repack. No packaging to stop items moving in transit. Also no phone number. Great green tea though.
