You know, the products are great as is the customer service. I had to return an item but it was very easy to do. My ONLY issue is returns are not free so I ended up paying for something i do not own/benefit from but aside from this, you are getting great quality all the way. Would definitely purchase again in the

Love the teas. Extremely high quality. I just wish they didn't come in plastic packaging. Please use compostable packaging and or paper/cardboard.
