Great tea, poor delivery
The quality of the product is good but for such an expensive purchase I would expect the company to use a better delivery service than the cheapest Royal Mail option. My items took over a week to arrive. While I appreciate Jing have little control once the item leaves their premises, they do have control over who they use.

Missed the mark this time
We love Jing tea but didn’t get before leaving UK due to delays in getting order shipped on time even with paying for overnight delivery. Couldn’t reroute to USA and items out of stock when we tried to reorder.

I have used Jing for many years, for my herbal teas, especially Peppermint Tea which I take every morning. The online service is excellent so easy to order and delivered in a few days, and the quality truly superb

it has to be made well. It's disappointing when i see an establishment sells the tea and then they prepare it too weak or not warm enough

Great selection of tea. Love the Jasmine silver needle. When I placed my order, there was an automatic free gift which couldn’t be removed and I could not use the code for 5% off (in exchange for my points). This was annoying and even customer service could not remove the free gift. However, they did provide me with a code for 10% off my next order. So I can’t fault their service. Delivery was quick.

I tried to return two one-cup tea pots in exchange for buying the bigger two-cup tea pots. No-one responded to my emails nor my calls. In the end, I have just kept the tea pots that I did not want which is terrible customer service
