I have tried several vendors on Amazon to get the Clearyl blue filter, but usually get the Claris blue instead. 1st in coffee had the correct product and delivered it much faster than I had expected.

I grew up in a Colorado sheep ranch where as a young child I was introduced to sheepherder coffee(hot, black, and strong). Whenever buying coffee I am emotionally driven to that type of coffee. Your advice when asked has always been spot on and for many years now I only buy coffee from 1st in Coffee. For our early experience with you we imbibed Segafredo. However after an experience with an exceptional coffee at a French Bistro in Seal Beach Ca. my wife was adamant that we switch. Again a phone call and you recommended Lavazza. Again spot on. Lavazza has been our coffee. We love it; our guests love it. While it doesn't quite match up to the emotional lift that sheep coffee of long ago gave me; I am satisficed knowing that I am getting an excellent cup everytime.

Got a refurbished Jura S8. It's as good as new and worth saving $$ rather than getting new. Only a couple of blemishes that are hardly noticed. Received in a timely manner. No manual included.

It leaked all over. Re-tamp? Froth works ok.

Haven’t tried it yet since I’ve been traveling nonstop since it arrived. I did take it out and it looks used. Definitely not new. Emailed customer service and still waiting for a reply. Has all these weird white scuff marks and even beside that it doesn’t look brand new.
