I have bought 6 Jura machines from 1st in Coffee over the years, and they are always good to deal with.

I cannot get the Jura E6 to remain set. I called on Thursday and was told the lady I spoke to would be calling Jura and someone from Jura (presumably a technician) would call me. Have not heard anything yet but am assuming they will get in touch with me on Monday. the 6th of July.

This was the best experience ever. The slight issue I had when I received the Jura as immediately resolved with no issues. I measure how good a company is by their service not their prices and 1st in Coffee is outstanding

I'm very pleased with my choice of the Jura E6 reconditioned. I would prefer to have a printed operating manual. I am a visual learner and the online manual. That is my only disappointment. Everything else just as I'd hoped.
