Only half my ordered was received due to confusion. Customer service was fast to respond but did not understand my concern at first which was frustrating.

Bring back your shipping company from last year! Your new one is terrible, horrible customer service, rude staff, even blatant misgendered and homophobia. I will never be happy ordering from must again due to how terrible of an experience I had delt with. Your company that was used last year was amazing! This new one…. Terrible.
