My table arrived damaged. I sent a request with images. No response. I had to call and tell them I sent an inquiry. Lady on phone told me they can repair or credit. She would follow up. A week later, no response. I emailed her on Monday , no response. This furniture is for my business and it’s my first time shopping with MUST. I was thinking of purchasing other items and this experience has changed my mind entirely. The delivery app didn’t update. The driver didn’t call before coming. We were at our current office. Luckily it is a 5 minute drive.

2 of my order was missing and 1 is broken but when I reached out they replaced it and sent the missing item. Overall I’m happy with the costumer service
