I needed new foot rests for an old wheelchair. The manufacturer replacements were way too expensive, but they worked to find an affordable aftermarket product which worked perfectly. That is the kind of service not often found these days.

Rubber will not go on the wheel. Built a jig to install and broke one in to. Need to return other one. Rubber will not stretch over the rim.

Good quality and dependable service

My wife has a regular wheelchair and transporting it is a pain on my back the wheelchair I got with only 15 lbs. weight from 1800wheelchair is heaven , very easy to transport and looks like a sport car compare to one that she has. I did a very nice purchase.

I now own two of the MedLine very lightweight (14.8 lbs) transport chairs, one for my mother (who is 100) and the other for my husband (who is disabled). Both are easy to fold up and lift and then stack in the trunk of the car -- 2 fit easily! Great buys!

Great chair. Extremely light weight, yet sturdy. Foldable. Only suggestion is if the person will sit in the chair for long periods, you might want to purchase the cushion. If not, perfect for picking up and fast trips to the store, etc.

Received and immediately advised that it is not firm enough for the patient. I was told that I could return it, given RA# and mailing address and told to take it to any carrier. UPS advised that it would cost $205+ for the return of the $315 mattress. That's not doable. I have sent notification of this over the past weekend and no feedback as of this moment. This is not acceptable! I would appreciate the company contacting me with further instructions. Thank you, CC

I love this company. When buying my first real fitted chair Lisa was amazing and made sure everything was fitted perfect and the chair would fit my needs. I can't say enough good things about this company. When I have to get a new chair I am definitely coming back.

Chair is as described, people very helpful with order and chair did ship 1-2 days after orders. However, it took 18 days to have delivered. People all professional and polite, we just expected faster delivery.

I ordered this Invacare walker on the recommendation of my physical therapist, and had it sent overnight to a motel in Boise, Idaho, where I would be staying. 1800 Wheelchair did exactly as promised, and it was there waiting for me. Excellent service! However, it proved not to be as suitable as I'd hoped. Therefore, I went to an excellent medical supply store in Boise, Norco, to test-drive other models, and bought a Nova rollator. To have a rollator waiting for me back home, I had also ordered the Invacare that I am returning. 1800 Wheelchair had it there waiting when I got back, again exactly as promised! You were extremely helpful in telling me how I could return this Invacare in the unopened box. It will be given to UPS Tuesday morning (this is Sunday) The only thing that might have improved the service is that 1800 Wheelchair could have sent me a return label, deducting the cost from my refund. That way, I would not have had to fill out the weight and dimensions of the unopened box to generate a label myself. In all, excellent service!

Needed a replacement wheel for a transport chair. Used it outside and hit a hole, bent the wheel. Person who took my call was very helpful. Wheel arrived in two days and fit perfect.
