I am very pleased with my purchase of this wheel chair for my mom. My first selected wheelchair is unfortunately discontinued. I got a call from one of the customer representative and she was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't mind paying a little bit more for the next available wheelchair. I really enjoyed working with Lisa. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped me design the perfect wheelchair to support my elderly mother.

We could not identify the part correctly when we called but the customer service was great. I took a picture of the part and was contacted the next day with the correct part identified and a price. Service was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and it's employees!

1800 wheelchair has always kept me happy with their products and services. Early this year we purchased 3 power wheelchairs to donate and they were delivered with the white glove service. The organization expressed to me how happy they were with that service and how happy the recipients of the chairs were.
