The book came in a timely fashion and is easy to follow because it’s indexed in several ways so you can quickly find what food you’re looking for, or just flip to the breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack section if you’re looking for ideas. I leave this book right on the counter—that’s how much I use it.

This book (and app) have been so helpful as start our baby on foods. I didn't want to make multiple dinners and this showed me how baby can eat what we eat. Following the 101 before one list has exposed us to a few new foods and has us eating a few others more often. Win-Win!

Great product and access to so much info and resources

There are step-by-step instructions on how to use this book, how to feed your child, and how to cut everything up small or big. The recipes are delicious and for the whole family. I thought something like this would be a chore, but I look forward to giving new foods to my kid and being able to check off the box. That checklist has almost become a thrill of mine!

I was so grateful to find something so simple, practical, cheap, and easy! The meals literally take no time at all and are so easy to prep. I love that it shows you portions and how to prepare it specifically for baby, but that we could be eating the same thing too! She always wants what we’re eating so this helps normalize she has the same thing. She loves the meals and the flavors A LOT and so do we. I love how practical they are and absolutely worth the price. I love that they’re not money grabbing and allow lifetime access to legitimately help a growing family. You can really feel they care. I have the app and the cookbook and highly recommend both for convenience. It puts my mind at easy trying allergen foods and new foods for all of us we probably wouldn’t have known how to use. So yummy!

The 101before1 book and app have been so helpful in learning how to teach my baby to feed herself as well as introducing her to different foods and allergens. I’ve always been very nervous about the food journey with kids so this has been a tremendously helpful tool in that regard. The book has been helpful for me because I like writing down notes as I think of things or encounter ideas, etc. You can’t do that in an app so I’ve appreciated the book for that. However the app is super helpful and you could print a lot of the same info from there. And there are more recipes in the app! I know I will be using this book again if we have more children! Plus I love that you can see other people’s questions in the app, I wasn’t expecting the community aspect of this. I’m really grateful for the 101 team and what they’ve created. The price felt really steep at first but honestly, with as much as I’m using the book and app, it feels more worth it now. Thank you so much!

This resource has allowed us to feel confident and comfortable starting our baby on solids. We use the recipes weekly and watching our little one try our meals with us and learn to feed herself has been so rewarding. We look forward to many more healthy, happy meals together!
