We have loved our 101 Before One book. The recipes are so simple but also delicious. We used quite a few for Thanksgiving weekend and our daughter loved the cranberries so much! We also appreciate the research the team did and the science that is behind this book. It helps reassure us that our daughter is taking the right path. The app helps us make choices while in the go such as at restaurants and visiting families. The information on the Top 9 Allergens has made exposure so much less stressful. Thank you!

Great customer service!

Everything showed up quickly. We enjoy marking off the different things our daughter has tried. The book is super helpful with good yet simple meals along with photos of baby and adult portions. The app has been amazing with weekly meal plans, I don't have to guess what to make next. If we don't like one of the meals it's simple to flip through the book and find a replacement!

Best book for blw

I was completely overwhelmed and lost before my son started solids. I didn't know to start. The initial cost was expensive but worth every penny! I love the magnetic checklist, and the book is full of useful information and recipes. Made my life so much easier!

Such a great resource!

The program book was one of the best printed resources I’ve purchased as a parent. It made the leap to starting solids SO much easier and understandable. It made my husband and I feel like we had a real plan for this new phase. We use it weekly for meal planning to determine what foods to introduce and ways to safely prepare/serve them. The book sits on our counter as a guide and my husband and I use it frequently as a quick reference. It has eased our anxiety about starting solids and made us more comfortable with the whole process. I have been recommending the program and printed book to all of my friends who have babies about to start solids.

The book is great!! Very helpful

This book has helped me confidently and safely prepare foods for my son since he was 6 months old! He’s now 9 months old and has tried over 60 foods. I hesitated for so long on purchasing but wish I did earlier because I felt so overwhelmed at first. Now I’m excited to plan our family’s meals and watch my son try new things. I also love that there is new recipes released all the time on the app - you can just search what you have in your fridge and make something for your little one.
