Satisfied...well, perhaps you could offer free shipping if one orders a certain amount. Example over $150

Really cool store, love hanging out and browsing around with the wife. Good vibes, friendly staff. Definitely going back every chance we get.

Extremely fast shipping , goes on smoothly and the edges look like mirror!

Just described fast ship

Second time buyer!!! Great experience both times. A score!!!

I ordered a leather and you were out of stock. Y'all called me and after talking projects, he came up with pieces to work to my projects instead of waiting for next shipment. Very cool. You just moved up on my ordering list!. Thank you, John Mcquown

great

Shipping was longer than told.

Staff was helpful

Quick delivery and well made product

I’m extremely impressed with the service at Springfield, great company! I did have a couple of issues the first couple of times I ordered from them- a couple of items were missing from my order and a wrong item sent- but they immediately took care of it and fixed my order, that impressed me. They have a great selection, fairly priced, friendly and personal customer service. They are my main supplier of everything leather.

Lots of options.

I've always loved ordering from you. I know my leather will be good. I love your patterns, and videos. I will definitely be returning.

BEAUTIFUL !! Can't wait to start new bag with just arrived beautiful leather!

Love Liz, Tony and the live sale crew. Great deals !

Shipping was expensive, so I bought a second pound to justify the purchase LOL but was hoping for bigger pieces out of 4 pounds. I only had 8 to 10. Pieces that we're big enough to use for card faces first time working with exotic leather. What's kind of disappointed?this was cayman remnants

👍

Good selection, easy ordering and fast shipping!

Went as smooth as silk and quick. Thanks so much

Beautiful embossed leather craft cuts. One was quite a bit over-sized. Must’ve been the end of the piece. I felt like I won a raffle!
