I recently purchased 4 Latigo straps, however only received 2 strips. I called customer service which was very easy to get a hold of and told the representative what the problem was. I got a huge black veg tan hide plus a fun crocodile embossed shoulder, a green patent leather shoulder (honestly can’t think of what to do with that), some 2 ft pieces of chrome tan, some cork yardage, and about 4 canvas liners (don’t measure but about 6x4 ft). A wallet acrylic template and a paper template. All things I can use things to experiment with. I def will get another mystery box. Thank you Springfield
