I want to start off by saying that I have owned three C8 Corvettes and I buy all of my parts through C force performance. The customer service is second to none and the products always arrive at my door quickly and safely. Now to review the OEM ZR1 hood. First off, the fit and finish is perfect because it is all General Motors parts. Installation was simple and straightforward. I had my hood professionally painted to match my car and had the underside painted in a matte black for OEM look. I couldn’t be happier with the way that this turned out and installation was very easy. You do have to transfer your key fob sensor from the back of your frunk and you have to move to wiring looms over about an inch to fit the ducts. I have compared this hood to many of the aftermarket carbon fiber options, and I can tell you that this one is absolutely worth the additional cost. Perfect fitment is important to me and this nailed it. I highly recommend this kid to anybody wanting to add a ZR1 style hood that doesn’t want to compromise perfect fitment.
