As long as I’ve been with River Health I haven’t once had an issue with a delay for a prescription or had to wait long for a consultation and a review of my “visit”with a doctor. The quickness and professionalism and communication between all parties has been exceptional. I have not had this type of efficiency and satisfaction with any primary care provider in the past. All around satisfactory experiences!

Always works perfectly

All in all River Health is useful -- yet the system has issues more often than you'd expect. Sometimes payment cards are difficult to use properly. Also the switching of providers often is chaotic. Having to repeat your former notes to the new doctor on your virtual visits is frustrating and time wasting. Nevertheless it works out in the end and the necessary care plan is relatively quickly implemented-- so I don't complain.

I have yet to have a bad experience with my plan. The talehealth professionals are always quick to respond and seem to know what I need. Pricing is fair for the reasons I use the service

This is a good option when you don't have employee sponsored health insurance and can't afford marketplace insurance. I have the one with mental health that was saving me a ton of money.
