I believe River Health needs to find better ways for their website and communications. Also, for a little more of a premium every month they should allow 1 doctor visit a month instead of 3 a year.

I loved this was offered for part time and it was super affordable. The only little issue I had is that I had to be super hands on with communication through the ins. Usually the doctors do this. I was ok with it but couldn’t imagine someone older or not so good with instructions dealing with it all
