My experience with a Riverhealth team member has always had a sense of urgency when responding back to my questions and concerns. The team member always explained things clearly the first time in a very friendly manner. . Thank you for making me feel like I matter it means a lot.

Good To Have
For the price point of $28, it's a solid plan. It's nice to not have to worry if I need antibiotics or a doctor. They offer 3 visits a year to your doctor of choice, anything is in-network. Filling the generic prescriptions I need and Flu and Covid vaccines. Their support is fast if there is an issue. My only complaint is some of their wording is weird with some testing. I was denied coverage, because of it. But seriously for $28 and the coverage they do provide, it is an amazing health care for those who are struggling with money.

I love how river health was able me stay up to date on all my meds and how easy the app is to navigate. Then even send me my meds in the mail so I don't have to go to the pharmacy
