I purchased the Women's CityScape for a trip as I needed a comfortable, light, packable, waterproof shoe. I couldn't have been happier with them! They were extremely practical, but still super cute and sporty looking. I usually don't take the time to review purchases, but felt that this company's customer service was unusually good. I had several issues, of my own doing, and needed to exchange and cancel another pair I purchased as well as a pair for my husband. The company responded within a couple of hours with a nice message, my cancellation and refund. Just really good, prompt service. I will definitely be buying in the future and recommended them to my son, who purchased as well.

I love their customer service and the product!

The shoes are good. They look good and keep my feet dry! They aren't the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, but they aren't bad. Best of all the insoles are replaceable which is great for people like me that have foot issues. The fact that they are waterproof is awesome for Portland! I love being able to slip them on and take the dog to the park or head out for any sort of adventure and not worry about soggy feet. Most of all, I am impressed with their customer service. I bought a pair of Everydays on Kickstarter and after about 10 months I noticed that the upper was separating from the sole a little bit. They still haven't leaked or anything, but I was worried they may. I filled out a warrant request online and got a response back in a few hours. Even though the stated warranty is 6 months they replaced my shoes no questions asked. Vessi has earned a brand champion and forever customer!

I purchased these for a trip to Asheville NC. During the 7 day visit it rained 5 days and intermittently snowed. I ended up wearing these the entire trip as they were comfortable and kept me dry and warm. My son joined us from NY for the weekend and he asked about my shoes. I pulled up the app and ordered him a pair! Two happy customers!

Just received my shoes, which I had to exchange twice to find the right size. LOVE them! Shoes are super comfortable. I plan to try them in the rain today to see how waterproof they really are. I ended up with the mens size to get the width I needed for a bunion.Customer service was wonderful while helping me find the correct size. Will buy more colors in the future.

Great service and product

I bought the wife and I each a pair, and we love them! I’ve walked through the pouring rain, snow, and even trudged through mud, and they look good as new when I rinse them off. The best part is, my socks stayed completely dry the whole time! Great product Vessi. Easily the best pie of shoes I’ve ever owned

I originally purchased a size 9 but it was way too big, reviewed the size guide which put me at a 7, so did an exchange. The length was perfect but didn't like the way it fit my high instep and wasn't a fan of the look on my foot, so returned the second pair. The 5 stars are for customer service; super quick response times to my questions, easy returns process for both pairs, and fast shipping times with accurate shipping info. Wish all online companies were like this!

These shoes are a godsend XD after wearing them for a week other shoes don't compare. These are great for my feet that have a higher arch, and are comfortable for the whole day. Just tested these out in slush too, they truly are water and slush proof, and I just bought another pair today. AWESOME JOB VESSI TEAM and great customer service!

They were a bit tight around the ankle when they first arrived but as I’ve been wearing them for my travel trips they’ve been adjusting and they are very comfortable now. I haven’t been able to fully test the waterproof feature yet, only a little bit in a small puddle but I can’t wait! I’m very happy with customer service too. I ordered 2-day shipping for a last minute trip to Philippines and they didn’t arrive on time but as soon as customer service heard they gave me back my $20. I really appreciate that. I’ve been recommending to all my friends and family.

These shoes are great. Very comfortable and the waterproof fabric is perfect. After buying one pair for work I had to get a second pair for everyday use. Not only are shoes great but customer service with Vessi is second to none.

Very good customer service

I originally purchased these in May of last year. In find the shoes quite comfortable and typically just wear them as commuting shoes when it’s raining to keep my feet dry as I walk to and from work. I will say in the summer months, I do find the shoes a bit on the warm side (but they are waterproof so I figured that might be the case when I bought them). This winter, the shoes actually stopped being waterproof and along the toe line on both shoes water was getting in. I emailed customer service about it and they promptly apologized and sent me a replacement pair. I really appreciate a company that stands behind their products and am beyond grateful that they were able to send a replacement to me. My new pair are fantastically waterproof and I’ve since purchased a different style. I love this company!

Customer Service Customer Service is amazing! I didn't realize when I bought my Vessi's back in April 2019 that they weren't completely waterproof. I thought I just had incredibly sweaty feet. I only realized after the recent heavy Vancouver rain. I went through Vessi's customer service and thankfully they gave me a new pair! They are a must in Vancouver weather. SO MUCH RAIN. I'm really grateful. Over time They age quite well, while the white bottoms of the shoes eventually get dirtier with rain, salt, and mud it isn't super visible. Design: The shoes have this mesh like texture to them and the shoe seems quite porous. Dirt and mud can trapped within the holes but they are easily removable. Why Vessi: I was debating between Timberlands, Blundstones, Hunter and Vessi's for a waterproof shoe. I choose Vessi because I like how it's a sneaker rather than a boot. It's quite light compared to a traditional boot, completely waterproof and easy to wear. It is an ankle cut so I won't recommend it if the weather is quite extreme or the rainfall is quite high. It is cheaper than the other brands too! Breaking in the Shoe It does take a while to break in the shoe (the opening can be quite snug at first) but eventually it looses up. I personally prefer to put the laces at the side of the shoe rather than the middle as it does make a large bundle at the top of my shoe. It takes maybe a week or two to fully break in the shoes so give it a try! There is a generous warranty so I would make use of it. Additional Details The insoles aren't the best, but easily replaceable if you have an insole you prefer for maximum comfort. There isn't amazing traction as it's fairly shallow on it so I won't do any running in the rain with these.
