I like vessi customer service that's very great. I got my package misplaced and on contacting vessi customer service they send me new package within next 3 days. Well about the shoes I haven't used them yet because of lockdown. But I believe they will be great.

tested them out in the tub immediately after receiving them. totally waterproof, even submerged no water got it. slip on and can tighten with laces, very comfortable during workouts too. Haven't run in them yet but so far would highly recommend :) Also really dig the promo's they are doing to aid the COVID crisis. Great company.

I love these shoes! They work great in the rain and are stylish enough to wear in the sun! I got complimented on mine the other day while in line for the grocery store 😂. I also want to say that I love supporting a company that has donated shoes to healthcare workers and has done other initiatives in these unprecedented times. We were supposed to travel to Scotland next month and were looking for shoes that could handle the wet conditions there AND look decent to wear into pubs, museums... I found them at Vessi. I have a large, narrow foot and after receiving my first pair wanted to try something with a more narrow profile. I emailed Vessi and I received a quick response and advice on which shoe to order. The exchange process was quick and easy and I am so happy with my new shoes. We will be wearing them next year in Scotland, but meanwhile, we have enjoyed wearing them in Richmond, VA!!

I ordered a pair of these shoes because I wanted normal looking waterproof shoes. The shoes were being delivered to my apartment when the pandemic hit, and the delivery got messed up. I emailed the customer service team about it and had a polite response within the hour. The team and Vessi are absolutely phenomenal and they truly care about you. I had a new pair of shoes shipped to me the next day and got the shoes within a week. They are comfortable, lightweight, and everything that Vessi promised they would be. When I first got them I was curious about the waterproof aspect so I put them on and then put my feet in the sink and filled it with water. My feet stayed completely dry! I’ve taken these on long walks and they were instantly comfortable, I didn’t need any time to break them in. I am extremely pleased with the quality of shoes, how waterproof they are, and the customer service I received while ordering the shoes. I have never had such quick and kind responses, and truly believe this company is run by caring individuals. I highly recommend both this company and this product!

Great product, super comfy, and water resistant, and fair price! Also wonderful costumer support, which is the most important factor!

I am a 6.5 so I got a half size up. The shoe still fits snug! There's a little extra room if you want to wear thicker socks, but even when I didn't the shoe didn't feel loose. The limited edition everyday in midnight black and beige are amazing. Lightweight and of course water proof, but so stylish too! Shipped pretty fast for me.

I live in the Seattle area and let me say, Vessis are a godsend. I started out with two colors of the Cityscape, but got the Everyday in Navy this fall and I love them even more. In fact, I just ordered them in tan today. They've become my everyday shoe even when it's not raining. I have pretty bad bunions and they have enough support that they don't give me any arch pain, and are flexible enough to accommodate my bunions without pressure. When they were brand new they hurt my heels a little and I was afraid this style might not work for me, but that initial stiffness around the heel dissipated after wearing them a few times. I normally wear a 6 1/2 but the 7 works for me just fine. Great shoes and great customer service!

These are my second pair of Vessis. I absolutely love them, just like my first pair (Cityscape in Charcoal Grey). In comparing the two pairs (both Size 9), I have to admit that the material used on the Midnight Black versions of the Cityscape are more forgiving. Meaning they are not as snug as my Charcoal Grey ones. Different material, different texture, so I’m not surprised. Both are still 100% comfortable, warm and most importantly waterproof! Did the splash test and everything! I was contemplating between getting the Everydays as my second pair, but loved the sleekness and shallower white sole of the Cityscapes. Despite not having as much grip or tread at the bottom of the shoe as the Everydays, I preferred the slimmer/less clunky shape of the Cityscapes. Vessi’s online platform is super easy to use, and they ship to your door within a day or two. They’re size-calculator tool was accurate and recommended I went half a size up in Vessis (I’m usually a solid 8.5 in most shoes). Their online Customer Service was impeccable. Super responsive and works-class. If Vessi ever sponsors customers, I hope they pick me because my friends/family/coworkers already think I’m an ambassador for them 😁 I’ll be buying a third pair for myself and second pair for my wife as soon as they launch my fave colour...thanks Vessi!

A few months back, I was searching for waterproof vegan shoes with no real expectation of finding anything of interest. Wow was I wrong! Vessi popped up and I decided to check them out. I loved the look of them and how lightweight and comfy they seemed to be. I went ahead and purchased a pair - with a really good return policy, what was the harm? I got that first pair and the the rest is history - I now own 4 pair with every intention of buying more! I have gotten a lot of compliments on how cute and stylish my shoes are and I am always happy to sing the praises of Vessi and recommend people check them out! I first saw these on a Facebook page I follow. I couldn’t believe that they were 100% waterproof and had been looking for a paid for my daughter at college. I can’t tell you the multiple times she would have to treck from one part of the campus to the other then to work all in the rain. There is something about your feet being wet that makes you feel miserable. Now... she doesn’t have ghat problem. No wet feet at all. And they are so comfortable and sleek. We are simple people so the design is perfect. Love these shoes so much that I’ve ordered a pair for myself. Hoping one day they will produce these for the kiddos. Worth every penny! The customer service is caring and understanding and very helpful as well. Can’t go wrong... definitely have a supporter here.
