Very comfortable. I wear a 9 1/2 and first ordered a 10 as suggested but it was too large. Customer service was efficient and there was an easy return and I got the perfect size.

Was a little hesitant at first because the size was a little snug & i know they don’t do half sizes. But just as the friendly customer service rep had told me, in time, they stretched to conform to my feet. I love them!

I received my first pair in my regular size. They were WAAY too big and returned them with the free return shipping. Experienced prompt and courteous customer service. Second smaller pair arrived in a timely manner. These were perfect! First 2 days they were a little snug across the arch of my feet, but by the third day they were much better. These are honestly the lightest shoes I have ever worn. I am able to have them on for 8 hour workshift spent mainly standing. Great arch support and they breath really well. No more tired, sore legs. Cant speak on the waterproofness yet, but with the quality of this shoe, I cant see it not standing up! I would recommend this shoe to anyone! Great Canadian product and company!!

Absolutely love my sneakers. I got myself and my husband the cityscape. Mine in black and white and his in olive green and beige. I had to return his original ones because they were too big. Customer service was 10/10. Very quick to respond. We got his new pair in 2 days! They fit TTS. I want more!!

This review is actually less to do with the shoes and more to do with the company. I've had such an amazing experience with Vessi. (The shoes are defs awesome though no complaints!). MY story with Vessi is extremely long and I won't bore you but due to my end of things not working out constantly, it took me basically 5 months to get the shoes I wanted but Vessi really stuck out with me the entire time and helped me through! Not once did I receive any rude customer service and now I finally have my product. I am so incredibly thankful for the amount of kindness I was greeted with every time and am an extremely happy customer. Could not recommend them enough <3

Giving my whole family a pair of Vessi tennis shoes for an Easter surprise. I have a pair of lace ups that I love but have not given 4 slip ons ordered yet. I will say that your customer service is outstanding and Francis is wonderful!!

I got the carbon blue everyday sneakers pair a while ago when it came back in stock and I’m in love with the colors. When it was out of stock, I really wanted to get this pair in particular so I had reached out to the Vessi team in the meanwhile, and their customer support was very friendly and responsive as well. I have yet to test out this pair in pouring rain or snow, but I can already tell it’s super sturdy. Thanks Vessi team!

Order city scapes hoping they would fit my wide foot. Unfortunately they didn’t. Customer service was fantastic and the shoes look great. Will definitely buy if they become available in wide size

My vessis have quickly become my favorite pair of shoes. They’re light, comfortable, and waterproof. Customer service is also excellent. The shoes are a bit wider than your average, so I’d keep that in mind when you’re ordering shoes

I bought my mom and myself a pair of the cityscape sneakers. We both loved them!! I haven’t tried to splash around in a lake yet, but I can say they are deep puddle proof!! Is it just me who always gets out of my car without looking down first and then my one foot is just soaked? These shoes are genius. I’m normally an 8 and bought an 8, length is perfect! I have narrow feet so I find them a little wide but over all very comfortable! I bought my mom a 10 (she is a 9.5 so I sized up), she exchanged for a 9 and had no issues arranging that with customer service :) they’re very cute! Love that they just skip on too

Writing a product review is not typically my thing, however, I am beyond satisfied with the shoes we purchased, and even more impressed by the level of customer service handling exchanges for a different size. Only days ago, we placed another order for 9 pairs! After wearing your first pair, you’ll be convinced.

I bought my Vessis for an upcoming trip to Europe so I haven't had a chance to wear them in the elements yet. I can say that so far they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and I can't wait to use them on my travels. I needed to exchange for a different size, and Vessi's customer service was outstanding!

This shoes are great for the pacific northwest , they keep my feet dry, even in the snow with rain pants. I love how comfortable they are. Also great customer service.
