Great product!

This was not the right type of vitamins I needed because I am a female so I needed female supplements

I’ve tried the 50+ multivitamin and think it made me feel a lot better than the 18+. Even though I’m not 50 years of age and older, it seemed to work better for me than this one.

ritual is asking me for a review however I hit started this about a week or so ago so I haven’t seen any changes yet. I will reassess at 30 days

Easy to take. Smells nice. Like the mix of meds. Wish omega 3 was higher

The taste is very bitter. It makes it tough to drink even mixed in other drinks.

I really wanted to love these because of all the recommendations and reviews, but I’m struggling. The lemon flavoring on the exterior reminds me of cleaning solution and it makes them really hard to swallow. I also wish it could just be one pill instead of two. The icing on the cake is the fish oil aftertaste. Very rough, very icky.

I’ve been using these for 2 years. And the multivitamin. Idk if there’s any difference. Probably should change it just to see.

Product itself is fine but the smell is too much. My sense of smell is already so heightened with the pregnancy, the smell overwhelms me. I have to have my husband pull them out an hour early so they can air out prior to taking them.

Seems to be more effective that melatonin gummies - which only work for the first 4 hours or so. Ritual helps me get to sleep when I wake up once or twice in the early morning.

i take it every day and i have 6 extra bottles on hand. This subscription should send the next bottles when the previous shipment if on about day 80. . not 60.

I’ve been taking this vitamin for over 2 years now and the energy and hair growth(length) it has given me is amazing! People always ask me what do I use for my hair and honestly I attribute it to this vitamin. Definitely worth it.
