Not feeling any difference since taking these. Not sure if I’m getting my money’s worth. Also, it seems the auto ship isn’t a full 28 day period. I had to delay shipment so as not to have too much supply.

I started taking Ritual a few years ago because I knew something needed to change in my gut area. I figured what the heck, I’d try it for 6-12 months and see if I felt a difference. I did! My issues didn’t fully go away but are so much more manageable!! It’s honestly made a world of difference.

I love the prenatal vitamins because they don’t make me feel sick, they taste good, and I feel like I have more energy when taking them! Thank you so much for this product!

You do not answer your emails; interesting that you are doing a survey. I have taken your vitamin for years and recommended it to others because, in spite of it costing more than some others also listed as premier - but not No. 1, I believe is the best - I endured when you had a supply problem until you could provide the vitamin again. One of my bottles was missing a pill, which meant I had to borrow from my next bottle. You never acknowledged my email or sent me another pill.

I’m on my second bottle, and my body is loving it — just like my mind.

I recently read an article pointing out that Ritual uses folate, which isn't proven to provide the same benefits as folic acid. Folic acid is most important nutrient to include in a prenatal vitamin, so this makes me feel duped and lose trust in your company. I hope you update your formula.

I have been taking Ritual for almost 4 years and I wouldn’t even consider changing to a different multi. Highly recommend.

Needs more mint though, I sometimes get a taste of the actual vitamin, yuck!
