Poor customer service

So grateful for the help in purchasing all my bathroom accessories

Very prompt delivery and great communication with same and again, especially after I changed my mind on the colour of the waste for my vanity bowls. Would use again for anything required in the future. Title says it all.

It was easy to swap the original tap I ordered for the Nickel Plated one.

Excellent service

Extremely empresses with the customer service. Loved the Matt white hooks and tap wear but extremely disappointed with the toilet roll holder. It is not stable and cannot be tightened enough maintain its stability. So it is 5 stars for everything except the toilet roll holder which would be a 1 ⭐️
