Lovely Products and Outstanding Customer Service
We purchased a few items from ABI Interiors as part of a recent renovation, and I was pleased with the quality of all of them. We did have one issue with an outdoor shower. I submitted a warranty enquiry and received an e-mail the next day advising a replacement shower would be sent, which we received the following week. Very impressive customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase from them again.

Beautiful products and great customer service
We used the Brushed Brass finish throughout the whole house in a complete renovation and the results are spectacular. We did have an issue with the kitchen mixer leaking, but they sent a replacement immediately. Great service.

I love all the products ducts I bought from ABI. They look great in the new build and are quality. ABI was really great about returning a few items that I had a change of mind on. Will definitely use ABI for the next build. Great selection of materials (brush copper, gunmetal etc).

I found the product to
I found the product to be good quality but the actual procedures for shipping and returns was quite annoying. It seemed unnessary to have to fill out and print an online form to make a return when I always just present the original invoice with other businesses. Extra paperwork is not helpful or efficient.
