The refill system is relatively easy although you do have to go to the post office to mail back the empty canister. Also, a little complicated to get the labeling for return. Should come with the replacement canister. Otherwise, a very good system.

The whole family loves it! So easy to use, and everyone drinks much more water(sparkling water) since we have the sodastream machine. It was surprisingly easy install it as well. Great decision to purchace one!

Easy process for replacement bottles

Great sodastream improvement!! Had my last one for 11 years and decided to upgrade. Wow, how much better is this?! Easier connection for gas cylinder, less gas used per bottle of water and so many more flavour choices. Wonder how even further improved it will be in 11 years!!!

I sent then empty CO2 back and the USPS accepted it. Yet its somehow my fault it never arrived?

I have just received the latest order of more syrup. The whole purchase was easy and the choices of flavours listed was in an order that made the chosen ones easy to find on the site. The delivery was to my door, which in a rural area, does not happen often.

We've purchased our cylinders twice now, and everything has been super smooth. Good price, excellent exchange policy, and I appreciate the email reminders for when the cylinders need to be sent back. Very pleased.

Fast and easy exchange of gas cylinders.

#1. I have always loved soda, but did not like the aspartame that most use. Soda Stream flavors use sucralose and that is much healthier. #2. I don't like the taste of canned soda, I can taste the can. Soda stream always tastes clean and fresh. #3. I don't like 2 liters bottles because they always go flat before you can use it all. With Soda Stream I always have a fresh perfect bottle of soda, as much as I want! #4. I never run out. I have several flavors, maybe like a dozen all ready to choose from and make a fresh bottle of soda from 12 ounces to infinity!!!!! #5. The cost is similar to buying bargain soda already made. But, since there is never any waste it ends up being cheaper. Not to mention the quality is better for sure. #6. Soda Stream has sent me refilled bottles and flavors for a reasonable price and pretty fast , like about 1 week. --> Conclusion: I am a long term devoted customer and will never go back to store bought soda again!!! Soda Stream Rocks!!!

I love carbonated water, I also do not like the weight of carrying cases of it to my walk up apartment. Purchasing the Sodastream and using the refill has been the best thing. I have recently joined the refill subscription and based on my prior experience with returning canisters, this will be ongoing for years to come.
