Finding stores often don't have the variety of sugar-free flavours, I decided to order direct. Shipping was convenient and I got almost everything I hoped for. It's unfortunate that some sugar-free flavours even Sodastream Canada doesn't have (Orange, Diet Dr. Pete) and I have to stock up on those when visiting the USA.

I got hooked on water “with-gas” traveling to Europe over the past 30 years during my career. With-gas lets me add my own flavors with my favorite of fresh lemons and to have the refreshing carbonation. Easy and never runs out, 24/7. Thank you SodaStream. 👏😎

The cartridge has been stuck in the system for months now, I can never get ahold of anyone to speak with on how to resolve the problem. Meanwhile I get charged for *not* sending the cartridge back.

It'd be nice to have more options for branded syrups - i'm personally thinking specifically around tonic, but i'm sure many other would like their favourite brands to be added also

Despite the statement that one can use the same box to ship back empty canisters, mine arrived basically loose on my porch. There was absolutely no care shown and I ended up charged for a canister I returned. Very frustrating.

I ordered directly from Soda Stream and I did require some “technical support” when I received my product. The order was delivered quickly and the help they provided over the phone was excellent! I dealt with someone named “Nina” who was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve been a Soda Stream user for a long time (this is the second ‘system’ I've purchased) and I couldn’t be more pleased!

just upgraded from old/legacy to new ART SodaStream SUCH a big difference ! the newer tech. has made a HUGE difference so easy to load gas bottle so easy & reliable to aerate water so much more efficient & effective DEFINITELY worth it to upgrade !

We got the Sodastream because the version of a particular cola brand I like is not consistently available. This is the easiest way to make bubbly water for tons of uses at home. And I can mix the flavoring to my tastes which is a lighter concentration than in commercially available sodas.

After 70 years without a soda fountain……. my mum and dad had one until they died…. I bought one like they had. Nostalgia! However, it lasted 3 months not 55 years! So far I am very happy with MODERN SODA STREAM MODEL.

The SodaStream product is amazing and my favorite of its kind. While the cartridge exchange subscription is convenient, there are issues with usability. I was charged for the returned canisters, even though I mailed them back by the cut-off date.

As I can't get my Pepsi in the supermarket I now get it from soda stream and it so convenient and quick
