Best pan!!!

We are completely enthusiastic about the small pan! The next pan will surely be called Olav again, but now a bigger one!

We have ordered the 26 cm pan and are very satisfied. The pan retains heat longer than other conventional pans. The non-stick coating is perfect. We hope that this will remain so. The matching glass lid looks classy. Delivery and payment was fast and uncomplicated.

We met Olav at the "Holy Shit Fair" in Cologne and were spontaneously absolutely thrilled with this wonderful pan. It convinces by the structure with copper core, coating, which can be renewed if necessary, in addition still this mad Design! The pan was delivered very quickly, so we were able to try it out for ourselves. The pan lies very well in the hand, has a reasonable weight, but is very easy to handle. It heats up very quickly on our induction surface and keeps the heat for a long time. The frying result is correspondingly very good and it is also much faster than with other pans and cleaning is uncomplicated. This is the pan we've been looking for. Now it is in use almost every day, because cooking or frying with Olav is fun. We are absolutely thrilled and are very happy about this really recommendable great pan!

The pans work wonderfully. They are also a visual highlight in the kitchen. I am very satisfied and can always recommend Olav to others. Especially the offered coating service inspires me. If the coating is damaged, I do not have to remove the pans. I can send them to Olav and get them back coated. Super!

The delivery had been delayed in December, for which I had a cookbook as an excuse, unfortunately in English, which is very difficult for me, but I found the gesture admirable, the pan was very well packed and when I finally had it on the stove, very functional even with the lid, everything very well developed, full praise!

I treated myself to the size 26 and the 30 right away and couldn't be more satisfied. I donated my "old ones" right after the first test.

Delivered quickly and well packed. If it works perfectly, I will get a big one or, if there is one, a Wook. It's pretty expensive, though.

I am very pleased with the pan. It is very high quality and worth its money. If I could wish for something I would be happy about a pan with 28 cm diameter and a higher rim. That would be perfect

Finally, a coated pan that works really well, distributes the heat very evenly and significantly reduces cooking time. It also succeeds in getting roast aromas without any effort, which was always not so great with my coated pans I have used since. The ecological aspect with the possibility of having the pan recoated was another argument for me. I am completely satisfied and can warmly recommend the pan to everyone!

Clearly the highest quality pan I have ever had. Uniform heat, very good result. Highly recommended. I can't say anything about recoating and repair yet, because the pans are still relatively new.

I bought the pan in December 2019 and am very satisfied. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

It is the same with professional craftsmen, somehow they always have different tools, which is even better than what you have bought yourself and are proud of. It's similar with Olav. I had good pans before but this one is better than all the others!

Super hot and great non-stick properties! The lid is great, seals well!!!! Play with the idea of buying such a pan ....

I bought two pans. The pans have a great support, heat up evenly and do not warp due to the heat. My wife has loved the pans since the beginning, although she was skeptical when she ordered them.

Order process and delivery are top. Very high quality processing. Whether the coating delivers what it promises, I would not like to evaluate conclusively yet. But the first impression is very good. The fact that the coating can be renewed made me decide to buy. Used on an induction cooker. Takes a long time to get hot. Apparently the induction mass of the pan is low. Copper and stainless steel are not known to be inductive.

For me they are the best pans I've ever had!!! Everything works great, they look good and are easy to maintain. Now I still need pots that inspire me just as much. Hopeful and grateful greetings

Form follows function, but in perfection. This noble pan does not only look good, but also helps you to enjoy your food in a technically perfect way.

We use the 26 on induction and are very happy! Very fast and even heating and the coating is so far also tip top. The 30s will be next, have to save a little bit more!
