Hello, the Olav Pfanne arrived just in time for Christmas. I fried strips of meat for Beuf Stroganoff for the whole family - no juice leaked, everything had a wonderful tan. Different egg dishes are perfectly successful as well. We can only recommend OLAV to everyone, Renate

After the first tests, I can now say with good reason GENIAL! I'm absolutely thrilled - also with the price/performance ratio, but first and foremost with the roasting characteristics and of course with the design (it couldn't be any nicer!).

I just love the pans! No burning, no sharp corners that scratch the hob, plenty of space for frying and also good height to prepare dishes with sauce. And I am very happy to have another sustainable product in my kitchen that saves resources!

The pan is great! Thanks to the copper layer inside the base, you do not need to heat the pan at high temperatures. We do not regret our purchase and have ordered a larger pan from Olav.

We haven't had our two Olav pans for that long, but have been using them almost daily since then. So far we are completely satisfied, because Olav keeps what they promised. Thank you very much and good luck for the future. We are already looking forward to new products from the team.

We are very impressed with our new "OLAV Pan Set" which was delivered just in time for Christmas 2019! My wife and I met Christina and the Refreshing OLAV start up team NOV 2019 at the Frankfurt "Kulinart-Messe" and are very glad to have ordered the complete OLAV Copper Center Pan Set...we love them!!! The pans distribute the heat extremely well, evenly and especially to all full edges of the pan surface...amazing performance and cooking results. :-))))) My sunny side up egg(s) are perfect each time using the smallest OLAV pan. As such, we have replaced our old collection of diverse pans, as once you own and utilize OLAV Copper Center Pans, you need no other.OLAV pans are really good! One disappointment while using the pans the first time...although we used "plastic utensils" very carefully on the respective pan surface, markings and semi-scratches remain on the surface of the pan which remain even after washing. very unfortunate and disappointing, considering this happens upon first time utilization of the pans! Hence, only 4 stars. Nevertheless, compliments to Christina & Till & the complete OLAV Team for such a fine, quality product! 5 stars !! for the Olav team, always helpful and friendly. The pans are the best I have had so far and I have had a lot of pans. Not only that cooking and frying is fun, even shaving is a pleasure, because everything is made from one casting and therefore there are no edges and rims. Everything 👌 . Now I am still waiting with excitement (if it is true) for the knives and pots from the Olav team. Keep up the good work 👍.

This is the first time I have bought high quality pans and I am totally thrilled. It's just difficult to remember that the pans don't need maximum levels to get really hot quickly and evenly. :-)

A great pan, you need no or very little oil for most things. Really recommended.

I have both the 20cm and the 30cm handle pan and I am very, very satisfied with it. It took some getting used to, because the pans have a slightly different "heat behaviour" (e.g. faster and longer hot). And my wife is happy that the pans are frying in the shredder. Now I'm still waiting for the handle pan, which was unfortunately sold out, but will be delivered in the next days.

Dear OLAV team, we gave this pan to our children for Christmas. Since then it has been in constant operation. It gets hot very quickly and compared to other pans you get much better results faster and with less heat. 5 stars from us for the great pan.

The " Olaf " is great for everything. Whether it's pancakes or steak, everything will be great.
