I have used many high quality pans, but these pans are by far the best I have ever had on the stove (gas). They heat up at lightning speed and absolutely evenly over the entire floor area. The coating also makes a very good impression. I am looking forward to a pot series of myolav. Please don't make me wait too long.

I have a small one now and a large one recently. The small one is already in good use. You need little fat, get hot quickly and store the heat well. I switch off quickly with induction. I am very satisfied so far. Got rid of some old pans.

Pan, just like I imagined. Compact material that really spreads the heat fairly evenly. Heats up accordingly. We cook with gas, which works great with these pans (small and medium size). How long the coating lasts will be seen; of course, we are careful with it. All in all, we are very satisfied with the pans.
