Arrived quickly and assembled easily! So far it seems like it is going to be a great addition to my daily routine! First ten minute workout was challenging in all the right ways! Even my picky athletic son who works out regularly thinks it is great. He wants to use it for his after workout stretches! Looking forward to seeing results in the coming month!

It shows you exactly how much each item cost so you know what you are getting. Assembly was easy and took no time at all. The directions included are easy to follow. Well made machine. Can't wait to get started.
