I received my DB machine today! My daughter and I put it together and tried it out. She did 11 minutes and could feel the burn. We are excited to see our progress.

Easy to order, very fast shipping I received it on the 3rd business day after I ordered. So far I'm happy with my purchase, easy to put together. It's easy to use, seems easy at first but it gets harder after a few squats. In the past I was an avid weight lifter/squats with a lot of weight. No gym past few years, but this is better than the Smith machine to save on back and knee pain. Once I have results I can give a better review.
