The ladies at Credo were attentive and were knowledgeable about the products. I voiced my concerns about my skin and they gave me options right away. I love my new products and will keep coming back for them!

Store was very crowded, seemed to not have enough employees. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I already knew the products I wanted to purchase but it was difficult to get a sales person's attention. There were 3 sales people standing around talking to each other, when I asked one whether I could have some help, she said she was helping a woman next to me first - even though it was not apparent they were working together. I asked another person and he was able to help me get checked out.

Great customer service, produts, loyalty program and then some!

Writing this because I literally haven't experienced better customer service in new york lol. Not just helping me find a product, but sparking up conversations with me and some compliments. I will be back!

The sales associate went above and beyond to help guide me towards the right products and teach me how to apply them. She went so far as to create a detailed diagram for application

Not only do they do the research to offer clean products, they also take care of any problems with my orders immediately. I received a cream that had leaked out of the bottle into the packaging. I sent photos and they offered a refund or exchange within a day of sending the email to them. Easy and stress free.

I would love to tell you it was as sweet as always. Every time I travel to SF, I visit the store since you opened in the early 2020s. There was a weird tension between the employees, and I felt like they needed me out of there. Not all of them, but two in particular. An older lady and a male. I am sure you have already solved it, but the amazing product selection and the store's ethos did not align with their “energy. ” I was traveling, so maybe I was extra sensitive.

I went into the store to explore some fragrances. I have a severe allergy to salicylic acid, so shopping for beauty products a challenge. I mentioned this to the staff and they immediately started a search to see what products might be possibilities for me—this is above and beyond the understanding and consideration that I have encountered at other stores. I am a redo convert! Plus I love that everything is cruelty-free, one less concern to deal with when shopping.

My Favorite line of products except for latest RUNNY Cleanse. Difficult to use Love every other product. Have for 3 years♥️🍃
